China’s Policy towards Internet service provider liability for copyright infringement

Sumary: In the present paper i´m aiming at putting the european reader on notice of the Chinese regulation concerning the liability and exoneration rules of the Intermediaries who distribute or lodge information created for third parties who use the intermidiary platforms. As may be noted henceforward, the rules are substantially the same who frame the European regulation in the Electronic Commerce Directive and in the Spanish Act 34/2002.
